Dien Bien needy to get artificial limbs, wheelchairs

Dien Bien, April 12 (VNA) - All poor handicapped people in the northwestern province of Dien Bien will receive artificial limbs this year under a project funded by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Beneficiaries will include more than 130 war invalids and 115 poor handicapped people in the province. According to President of the provincial chapter of the Viet Nam Red Cross Vu Hong Van, the project will also provide paralyzed patients with wheelchairs and pushchairs.-Enditem
