Kon Tum (VNA) - The Central Highlands province of Kon Tum has provided free medical insurance cards, worth more than 5.2 billion VND in total, to more than 116,300 poor people.

Kon Tum has also granted free health care cards to children under six, disabled people and people aged over 90.
