Viet Nam-Cambodia youth friendship camp ends

Kien Giang (VNA) - The first youth friendship camp of the southern Kien Giang province of Viet Nam and the Cambodian Kampot province concluded on June 27. The exchange was held under an agreement between the Kien Giang Chapter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Kampot's Department for Youth, Health and Education. During the three-day event, young people of the two provinces enjoyed camping, music exchanges, visited historical sites and signed a number of agreements to enhance youth cooperation in the fight against crime and social evils and to help protect the border security. The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Chapter in Kien Giang province will help its Kampot counterpart develop livestock breeding, agricultural and forestry development, and seafood gathering in the coming future.-Enditem
