Nam Dinh (VNA) - The Viet Nam Veterans of America Foundation will cooperate with the Red Cross Association in northern Nam Dinh province to implement a project to support the disabled and people suspected of being exposed to dioxin in the province.

An agreement to this effect was signed in Nam Dinh city on Sept. 19.

The 400 million VND (25,000 USD) project, funded by the Ford Foundation, will last until June, 2007. The project will pay for operations for disabled children, and offer vocational training for the disabled and dioxin victims as well as their family members.-Enditem
