Ha Noi (VNA) - The Viet Nam Engineer Registration Council on Jan. 29 presented ASEAN qualifying certificates to 41 engineers specialising in different fields, including construction, environment, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.

The ASEAN Engineer Registration Programme was launched in 1998 by the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO) to improve the professionalism of engineers in member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
