PM urges handling of corruption cases to be sped up

Ha Noi (VNA) - The Government Office on July 11 issued a dispatch relaying Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung's instruction to the Central Steering Committee for Corruption Prevention and Combat that the investigation of major corruption cases be sped up. The PM required the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Supreme Procuracy and the People's Supreme Court to handle these cases in a just and strict manner. These agencies are also told to review investigation and trial procedures and process in order to cut short the time it takes to deal with corrution cases.-Enditem
