Foreign diplomats allowed to invest in bourse

Ha Noi (VNA) - The Prime Minister has turned on greenlight for members of foreign diplomatic corps to invest in the nation’s stock exchange on their personal capacity. The decision, announced by the Government Office on July 16, made it clear that these individual investors must operate in line with Vietnamese law. They will also not be exempt from trials at civil courts or administrative punishments for their wrong-doings in securities investment.--Enditem
