31.2 million USD seafood processing factory

An Giang (VNA) - The Nam Viet Seafood Export Joint Stock Company in southern An Giang province has invested 500 billion VND (31.2 million USD) to build a seafood processing factory. The factory, covering 10 ha, will be equipped with European and Japanese modern equipment to process 700 tonnes of fish per day, or 90,000 tonnes of products a year. The construction of the factory, the third of its kind owned by Nam Viet company, is nearly completed. It will employ 8,000 workers and engineers.-Enditem
