Thanh Hoa to complete 93 infrastructure projects

Thanh Hoa (VNA) – Central Thanh Hoa province has rolled up its sleeves to have 93 infrastructure projects completed for disadvantaged communities in mountainous areas before October of this year. Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Mai Van Ninh made the commitment at a meeting with the heads of 13 communes that are benefit from the 135 programme on infrastructure development. The initiatives, are currently under construction with an investment capital of close to 62.2 billion VND in 75 poor communes in mountainous areas in the province. According to participants, the implementation of the programme 135, which was initiated by the government to improve the lives of poor minority people living in remote mountainous areas, runs smoothly in Thanh Hoa province.-Enditem
