Quang Ninh looks north to Guangxi

Quang Ninh (VNA) - A delegation from the northern border province of Quang Ninh is touring China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from August 28 to September 3 to scout business opportunities in the region. A focus of the visit created improving exit and entry procedures across the border in order to create more favourable conditions for trade and tourism between the two provinces. Quang Ninh’s provincial party committee secretary Nguyen Van Quynh stressed that the two provinces need to focus on activities geared to speed up their cooperation in trade, tourism, transport, culture, sports and exchanges of experience in State management. Delegates also attended a conference at the ASEAN-China Exhibition and Fair Centre on August 29 to help businesses of the two provinces bolster economic ties. The delegation will host a photo exhibition to introduce Quang Ninh’s potentials as well as call on the local Chinese people to vote Ha Long Bay as one of world’s seven wonders of nature.-Enditem
