BIDV selected nation’s top foreign exchange bank

Ha Noi (VNA) - The Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam (BIDV) has been selected as Viet Nam’s 2007 best supplier of foreign exchange services under a recent survey by Asiamoney magazine. The award, announced by BIDV on August 30, highlighted domestic and foreign financial institutions’ recognition of the bank’s reforms in money towards international standards in management of foreign exchange services. The awards ceremony is likely to take place in Hong Kong on September 27. Earlier in 2006, BIDV was selected as the Bank of the Year with the highest trading of domestic bonds under a Finance Asia magazine survey.-Enditem
