Ha Noi greenlights 197 new projects

Ha Noi (VNA) – A total of 197 new investment projects were granted licences in Ha Noi during the first eight months of this year with a total registered capital of 918 million USD, according to Ha Noi Department for Planning and Investment. Large-scale developments include offices, hotels and an apartment complex project with a total capital of 500 million USD. An 80 million USD investment is being made in Charmvit Hotel with 50 million USD for the new Thach Ban urban area. Also during the first eight months, Ha Noi gained 24 foreign-invested projects including the 186 million USD joint venture between Nissei Electric and Nghi Tam Village Ltd Co which increased its investment level to 60 million USD.-Enditem
