US bank opens second office in Viet Nam

Ha Noi (VNA) – The US bank, American Express, opened its second representative office in Ho Chi Minh City on September 5, also the bank’s 76th office worldwide. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice President William J. Blomquist affirmed the bank’s commitment of supporting Vietnamese banks in reaching out to foreign markets. American Express inaugurated its first representative office in Ha Noi in 1995.-Enditem
