Bombardier CRJ900 jet demos in HCM City

HCM City (VNA) – A demonstration flight of the Canadian Bombardier CRJ900 passenger jet was held in HCM City on September 11, following a flight in Ha Noi one day earlier. The Bombardier plane was featured earlier this month in the Asian Aerospace 2007 in Hong Kong. “Viet Nam has a rapidly growing economy with a need for world-class aircraft,” said Canadian Ambassador to Viet Nam Gabriel-M. Lessard. “The Bombardier can offer some of the best airplanes in the world.” The Montreal-headquartered Bombardier Inc. is the only manufacturer of two complete families of regional jets and turbo-props, ranging in size from 37 to 100 seats, all with low operating costs.-Enditem
