VN-Index records minimal gain after successive loss

Ha Noi (VNA) – The VN-Index at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) increased by 0.71 points to end the September 12 trading session on 921.19 points.

The day saw more than 7 million shares worth 480 billion VND being traded.

Hau Giang Pharmaceutical (DHG) topped the list of 33 movers after experiencing loss at yesterday’s trading session, followed by Hang Xanh Motors Service (HAX), Domesco Medical Import-Export JSC (DMC) and Imexpharm Pharmaceutical JSC (IMP).

Meanwhile, Binh Dinh Mining (BMC) suffered the biggest drop of the day.

By the close of trade in Ha Noi, the HaSTC rose by 1.43 point or 0.56 percent to finish up on 259.03 points. Trade volume was recorded at 1.6 million shares worth over 131 billion VND .-Enditem
