Titaniferous slag plant constructed

Binh Dinh (VNA) - Construction work on a plant producing titaniferous slags in the central province of Binh Dinh kicked off on September 16. The 97 billion VND plant, located in the Cat Nhon Industrial Zone in Phu Cat district, is capable of producing 12,000 tonnes of tinaniferous slags a year as from April 2008 when it begins operating. The plant will use Chinese technology and be fed by raw materials from the Nam De Gi titaniferous mineral sand mine in Phu Cat district, which is estimated to keep the plan working for more than 20 years.-Enditem
