Doosan-Vina project to get pre-engineered steel building

Ha Noi (VNA) – PEB Steel will provide a pre-engineered steel building for a Doosan-Vina Heavy Industry and Construction’s project, which is currently underway in Dung Quat economic zone, central Quang Ngai province. The 200 million USD Doosan-Vina facility is part of the Republic of Korea’s Doosan Heavy Industry and Construction group’s 260 million USD project in the economic zone. Doosan-Vina, which is scheduled to be operational in late 2008, will produce machines for power generation, seawater filtration and steel making. According to Doosan-Vina’s project director Huyn Sung Woon, PEB Steel is a leading pre-engineered steel buildings supplier in Viet Nam. PEB Steel specialises in the design, fabrication and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings, and is working on 3,000 construction sites around Viet Nam. The company commands between 30-35 percent of the country’s entire market share.-Enditem
