Booklet on procedures for business establishment

Ha Noi (VNA) – A booklet on simplified procedures for the setting up of business was released on September 18. The booklet was compiled by the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIFMA) in coordination with the International Finance Corporation’s Mekong Private Sector Development Facility (IFC-MPDF), and is expected to be a document of reference for local authorities to organise one-stop models for business establishment. It introduces the basic principles in forming one-stop mechanism and the latest legal reforms of procedures for registration of businesses in Viet Nam.-Enditem
