VIB Bank records pretax profit growth

Ha Noi (VNA) – VIB Bank on Oct. 9 reported nine-month pre-tax profits totalling 308 billion VND (19.3 million USD), an increase of 154 percent over the same period last year. VIB Bank also reported asset growth of 92 percent of its yearly plan, reaching 23 trillion VND (1.4 billion VND), with total mobilised capital topping 14,511 billion VND (906.9 million USD) and outstanding loans totalling 13,597 billion VND (849.8 million USD). The bank is expected to increase its chartered capital to 2.5 trillion VND by the end of this year.- Enditem
