Gov't approves construction of Vung Ro oil refinery

Ha Noi (VNA) – Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has given nod to the project on building the Vung Ro oil refinery in central Phu Yen province. The 1.7 billion USD project will be invested by British Technostar Management Ltd and Russian Telloil. It will turn out 4 million tonnes of oil per year. The refinery will be equipped with advanced technologies to ensure all requirements on safety and environment protection.-Enditem
