Ha Noi (VNA) – Bao Viet Securities company will issue 30 million shares, raising its value from 150 billion VND to 450 billion VND.

Accordingly, the company will sell all of its shares to existing stockholders at a rate of 1:2. After the issuance, the remaining shares will be delivered to shareholders by the management board.
