HCM City advances anti-landslide project

HCM City (VNA) - HCM City People’s Committee has allowed the Department of Finance and State Treasury’s HCM City branch to advance 100 billion VND for an anti-landslide project at Thanh Da canal, Ward 26, Binh Thanh district. The committee asked district officials to relocate 84 families who live in landslide-prone areas along the canal. Following the Department of Transport and Public Works’ suggestion, Nha Be district People’s Committee will relocate residents whose houses are adjacent to the Kinh Lo River. -Enditem
