80 Japanese businesses to arrive for market surveys

Ha Noi (VNA) - The Japan Trade Promotion Organisation (Jetro) will organise a four-day market survey in Viet Nam for some 80 medium- and small-sized businesses from November 11. The Japanese businesses plan to work with the Ministry of Planning and Investment and visit the Hoa Lac, Thang Long, Hung Yen and Hai Duong hi-tech industrial zones, after attending the Viet Nam-Japan supporting industries exhibition co-sponsored by the Jetro and the Viet Nam Trade Promotion Department. High on their agenda is a trip to the central city of Da Nang, the starting point of the East-West Economic Corridor, where they will focus on industrial parks. Jetro said it expects the tour would result in a surge in Japanese investment in supporting industries, thus aiding the sustainable development of Japanese-invested projects in Viet Nam.--Enditem
