VNH will purchase 6 percent and Viet Nam Growth Investment fund (VF 2) percent, both at undisclosed prices. The deals are part of the company’s plans to increase its chartered capital from over 92 billion VND (5.7 million USD) to 112 billion VND.

Juerg Vontobel, chairman of Vietnam Holding Asset Management which manages the 130 million USD VNH, said he placed high value on transparency which he found at Innexpharm.
