More donation to Viet Nam flood victims

HCM City (VNA) – The Thai Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and Thai community in the south donated on November 29 1,000 USD to flood-prone families in Quang Ngai province, via the province’s department of foreign affairs. From November 23-26, the Kinh Do group handed over cash, notebooks, pens and schoolbags worth a total of 200 million VND (12,500 USD) to help 1,000 students in Quang Nam and Quang Ngai provinces. Kinh Do has also sent a large volume of its own biscuit products, and contributed another 200 million VND to a charity fund of the HCM City Television Station to assist affected families in the central region.-Enditem
