Course helps raise awareness of marine issues

Ha Noi (VNA) – A training course was held in the central city of Da Nang on December 18 to help increase awareness of marine and island issues. The course was organised by the Commission for Information and Training under the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee. It was participated by representatives from information and education agencies, political institutes and media organisations. Colonel Pham Ngoc Chan from the Political Department of the High Commander of Navy, briefed basic marine and island issues as well as solutions to strengthen defence and security at sea.-Enditem
