Australia donates funds to the disadvantaged

HCM City (VNA) – The Australian consulate general has donated some 10,000 USD for two projects to help orphans, the homeless, and other disadvantaged groups in Ho Chi Minh City . The projects are funded from the consulate’s Direct Aid Programme (DAP). Australian consul general Mal Skelly said the money was used to purchase new equipment to teach tailoring skills at the Centre of Education and Vocational Training for Children and Teenagers in Go Vap District.-Enditem
