US law firm opens office in Ho Chi Minh City

HCM City (VNA) - US-based Duane Morris LLP, opened an office in Ho Chi Minh City on January 16 as part of its expansion plans in the Asia-Pacific region. It will offer consultancy on corporate, securities, mergers, and acquisitions issues, complex financial transactions, energy, environment and resources, and others. Duane Morris LLP is one of the 100 largest law firms in the world.-Enditem
