Sacomreal introduces realty brokerage programme

Ha Noi (VNA) – The Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Sacomreal) on Jan. 20 made the debut of its realty brokerage business and development programme. The programmes is designed to create a common playground and unite realty brokerage and business companies in buying, selling and leasing real estate, Sacomreal CEO Dang Hong Anh said. The same day, Sacomreal also introduced its computerised round-the-clock realty transaction floor, the first of its kind in the country. Through the diversified computer-connected database system, the transaction floor will provide information on housing projects, procedures for getting banking loans, construction materials and projects that are being implemented by Sacomreal. Sacomreal was set up in early 2004 with an initial capital of 11 billion VND. In 2007, its total asset rose to 3 trillion VND and its profit reached 253 billion VND.-Enditem
