Broker works with UK partner on global listings

Ha Noi (VNA)- A deal signed between the Ha Noi Securities Joint-Stock Company (HSSC) and the Asian AIM Incubator Company Limited (AAIC) in Ha Noi on January 21 is expected to help companies operational in Viet Nam list their shares on international stock markets. Under the deal, the UK company will furnish HSSC staffs with knowledge in international monetary markets, including the process of listing shares on global stock exchanges as well as skills in executing capital raising measures and conducting transactions on the international markets. For its part, HSSC will provide technical assistance for AAIC in joint venture contracts so as these projects go in line with law, regulations and standards of Viet Nam.--Enditem
