Sacombank cooperates with US university in training

HCM City (VNA) – The Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Bank (Sacombank) will cooperate with a US university in launching courses on businesses administration in Ho Chi Minh City . To this effect, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between Sacombank and Baruch Education Group Ltd BVI (BEG) representing the City University of New York (CUNY) in Ho Chi Minh City on January 25. Under the MoU, the two sides will design and hold seminars and banking courses for Sacombank executives that can lead to MBA degrees offered by CUNY. It is the first step leading to the establishment of Sacombank University in Viet Nam in the coming time and helps the bank develop high-quality human resources for the country’s financial and banking sector. With the MoU, Sacombank has become the first bank in Viet Nam to cooperate with a foreign university in developing skills in banking and finance.-Enditem
