Gold price hits new record of 17.78 million VND

Ha Noi (VNA) – The domestic gold price hit a new record of 17.78 million VND (1,100 USD) a tael on January 24 after a modest decrease some days ago. In Ha Noi, the selling price of gold was 17.6 million VND (1,100 USD) a tael, a rise of 320,000 VND (20 USD) from the previous day. The gold price on the world market currently sits at 908.8 USD an ounce, and increase of 14.41 USD since January 25 close.-Enditem
