VN-Index rallies gain, HaSTC-Index unchanged

Ha Noi (VNA) – The Ho Chi Minh City bourse rallied a slight gain during the January 28 trading session. The VN-Index at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) witnessed a rise of 9.03 points to finish at 780.52 points at the end of the session. More than 7 million shares, valued at 507 billion VND, changed hands at the bourse. The HoSE’s slight rebound was unable to fuel its counterpart, HaSTC, in Ha Noi, which closed at 271.76 points with 2.7 million shares worth 196 billion VND traded. For experts, the world stock market’s strong recovery has not yet relieved the local investors of worries about another slide in the bourses.-Enditem
