Ha Noi (VNA) - A music and fashion programme of Viet Nam , Charming Viet Nam Gala, will be staged in the United Kingdom and Germany in early March.

London ’s Central Hall Westminster will host the programme on March 4 and 5 and Berlin – a single show on March 8.

Besides well-known local artists and models, the gala will also be attended by pianist Bich Tra who won the first prize at the Amy Brant Piano contest in Birmingham in 2001, and the first and the second best of the first ever Miss World Vietnamese Contest in September Ngo Phuong Lan and Teressa Sam.

The Charming Viet Nam Gala, an annual event organised by Thanh Nien (Young People) daily newspaper to raise funds for its Nguyen Thai Binh Scholarship programme for poor students, charmed overseas audience in Singapore for the first time in August last year.-Enditem
