Wrestling festival battles elements

Thua Thien-Hue (VNA) – Despite drizzly weather, an annual wrestling festival featuring 100 male and female competitors was held on February 12 in Thu Le village in central Thua Thien-Hue province. The oldest competitors at this year’s wrestling festival were Dang Mau Phien, 84, and Le Van Chi, 87. There were also cockfights and a boat race, and the festival attracted some 3,000 people, including local and foreign tourists.-Enditem
