An Giang boasts strong export performance

An Giang (VNA) – The southern province of An Giang earned 34 million USD from seafood and agricultural products exports last month, an increase of 20.85 percent compared with the same period last year. The main exports were rice and seafood. In January, the province exported 8,970 tonnes of rice, earning 3.36 million USD. It also exported 10,329 tonnes of seafood including tra and basa catfish, raking in 26.3 million USD. Other export earners in the province include leather shoes, clothing, fish-oil and fish power.-Enditem
