Traphaco seeks to list shares on HOSE

Ha Noi (VNA) – The Traphaco Joint Stock Company has petitioned the HCM City Stock Exchange to list eight million shares on the bourse. With a charter capital of 80 billion VND (5 million USD), the company specializes in producing and trading pharmaceuticals, chemicals and medical equipment. The company has three strategic shareholders: Mekong Capital, ANZ Viet Nam and the BIDV- Viet Nam Partners Investment Management Joint Venture Company, who together represent 10.63 per cent of Traphaco’s charter capital.-- Enditem
