HCM City (VNA) – A delegation of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee’s Commission for Personnel, headed by Deputy Director Orlando Sardinas, is on a three-day visit to Ho Chi Minh City .

On February 22, the delegation met with Deputy Permanent Secretary of the municipal Party Committee Nguyen Van Dua, who talked about Party building work and new policies of the municipal Party Committee to improve Party members’ capacity and build a strong political system.

Dua stated that the city’s Party organisation and people always attached importance to the special relations between the two parties and states and expressed his wish to further boost the bilateral relations in the new period.

During the visit, which will conclude on February 23, the Cuban delegation visited the War Museum , the Thong Nhat (Unification) Palace, the Cu Chi tunnel and some economic and cultural establishments in the city.-Enditem
