CapitaLand to join local firm in property development

Ha Noi (VNA) – CapitaLand, a giant real estate investment group in Southeast Asia , on February 27 signed an agreement to cooperate with Nam Thang Long Investment Joint Stock Company to carry out real estate projects. The two sides will build apartment buildings, trade centres and entertainment areas in Viet Nam for sales and reinvestment. They plan to build about 6,000 apartments for sales by 2010. CapitaLand also joined Citibank to set up a 300 million USD investment fund for property development and management improvement in Viet Nam.-Enditem
