US-based organisation presents books to Viet Nam

Ha Noi (VNA) – A New York-based non-profitable organisation has presented 14,300 English-language books and magazines to 15 educational institutions in Viet Nam . The Viet Nam Culture Development Society (VCDS) handed the books and magazines over to 15 Vietnamese universities, research institutes and charitable organisations at the Ha Noi National Library on February 27. This was the second time VCDS has provided books as gifts for Vietnamese students, pupils and children. VCDS was established in November 2007 with the aim of linking Vietnamese students with their peers in the world through English language training.-Enditem
