PM congratulates AAPSO on 50th anniversary

Ha Noi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has sent a letter to congratulate the Afro-Asian Peoples’ Solidarity Organisation (AAPSO) on its 50th founding anniversary. In his letter to the International Conference held during celebrations in Egypt , PM Dung highlighted the organisation’s unceasing contributions to the solidarity of people in Asia and Africa in their struggle for national liberation and for building and defending independent and free nations. He wished the AAPSO further its active contribution to solidarity movements of the Asian and African people for legitimate national interests and aspirations. The government leader also thanked the AAPSO for its support for Viet Nam ’s past struggle for national liberation and reunification, as well as the present renewal and construction. The AAPSO International Conference and celebrations were held in Cairo from February 26-28.-Enditem
