Viet Nam-Bulgaria association holds congress

Ha Noi (VNA) – The Viet Nam-Bulgaria Friendship Association elected a 46-member executive committee for the 2008-2013 period and re-elected Nguyen Minh Thong as President at the association’s 3 rd congress in Ha Noi on March 1. The new executive board plans to diversify its activities, including establishment of business club and a centre for support of economic and cultural development. Meanwhile, the association also aims to promote Viet Nam ’s beauty and increase exchanges with Bulgarian friends. This year, the association will focus on ensuring effective operation of the Viet Nam-Bulgaria business club to help its members carry out investment projects and cooperate with Bulgarian partners in trade, production, science and technology, tourism and sports.-Enditem
