New luxury apartments for HCM City

HCM City (VNA) – There will be more luxury apartments available in Ho Chi Minh City later this year following construction of a riverfront residential area. The 206 million USD residential development will feature about 2,400 apartments built along the Ca Cam River in HCM City’s district 7. Singaporean company Elaenia and Viet Nam property developer Tan Truong announced on March 5 they expect to deliver the first 700 luxury apartments in the fourth quarter of this year. The luxury residential area is being developed on a 8.5ha site with 500m of river frontage. It will provide recreational facilities and apartments with 410,000 sq.m floor area each.-Enditem
