Post Insurance Co links up with Swiss Re

Ha Noi (VNA) - The Post Insurance Company (PTI), an affiliate of the Viet Nam Post and Telecommunication Group (VNPT) has signed a cooperation agreement with Swiss Re, one of Switzerland ’s leading reinsurers. Under the deal, PTI will mould conditions for the Swiss Reinsurance Company (Swiss Re) to participate in projects in Viet Nam , while Swiss Re will focus on training PTI staff and help Vietnamese firms build its own development strategies. The agreement once again indicates effective and sustainable business relations between the two countries, said Do Ngoc Binh, PTI CEO. Swiss Re now holds a 25 percent stake in the Viet Nam National Reinsurance Corporation.-Enditem
