137.5 million USD to build bio-ethanol plant in Dung Quat

Quang Ngai (VNA) – The Oil and Gas Services Corporation and the Bronzeoak of the UK have agreed to jointly build a plant to produce bio-ethanol in Dung Quat industrial park, Quang Ngai province. The project has an investment capital of 2.2 trillion VND (137.5 million USD). The 50 ha sliced cassava-fed plant will turn out 150 million litres of ethanol a year to be added to petrol for industrial and transport use.-Enditem
