Spain approves 8-million-euro credits for Viet Nam

Buenos Aires (VNA) – The Council of Ministers of Spain has approved three development credits worth 8.072 million euros to help Viet Nam develop the health service. The 8.072- million-euro credits, part of a 85.44-million-euro-credit package aimed to assist six countries including Viet Nam, were adopted on March 7. The fund will be used to help raise Vietnamese people’s access to health services, to reduce hospital fees, and to enhance ability in diagnosis and treatment for common diseases. The three credits, with annual interest rates of 0.5 percent, will have terms of 16 years with five years in grace. –Enditem
