Ha Noi, 13 billion USD for transport overhaul

Ha Noi (VNA) – The Ministry of Construction reports that Ha Noi will need 208,95 trillion VND (13 billion USD) by 2020 to improve its transport system. The city would also have aside between 15 and 20 percent of its total land for construction of transport facilities. 150 inner city intersections will be expanded and upgraded white 46 new ones will be built on bypasses to ease trasffic congestion.- Enditem
