Rome (VNA) – The Piemonte Oriental University of Italy has signed a number of preliminary agreements on cooperation in pedagogy and scientific research with Vietnamese universities.

Under the agreements, the Oriental University will assist Viet Nam in training workers in fields of anaesthetisation and surgery, food safety and applied biotechnology and tourism.

The university will also grant scholarships to Vietnamese students and post-graduates.
