Vinamilk pays 31.7 million USD in dividends

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam Dairy Product Corporation (Vinamilk) will spend 508.3 billion VND (31.7 million USD) to pay dividends to stockholders for 2007 profits. The company will also list 8.7 million shares in overseas markets this year, to raise its charter capital from 1.7 trillion VND (106.3 million USD) to 1.8 trillion VND. It projects a revenue growth of 20 percent revenue growth of 8.2 trillion VND in 2008, with after-tax profit coming in at 1.1 trillion VND. Last year, Vinamilk posted 6.6 trillion VND in revenue and 963.4 billion VND in profit.-Enditem
