Taekwondo artists for Turkey

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam will send four martial artists to the World Youth Taekwondo Championship, which will kick off this week in Izmir , Turkey . At the event, which has attracted more than 740 participants from 84 nations and territories, Hoang Ha Giang will be hoping to retain the title she won at the previous World Championship. Other Vietnamese martial artists attending the event are Cao Quynh Chi, Nguyen Thanh Danh and Vu Thi Hau. After Turkey, Giang and teammates Nguyen Van Hung and Nguyen Thi Hoai Thu will take part in an extended training course in the Republic of Korea in preparation for the Beijing Olympics this August.-Enditem
